Education, degrees, and professional training: 2009: B.Sc. Degree in Physical chemistry, Faculty of physical chemistry, University of Belgrade; B.Sc. Thesis: Stability research of 12-tungstophosphoric, 12-tungstosilicic and 12-molybdophosphoric acid in water and ethanol by applying Raman spectroscopy; 2010: M.Sc. Degree in Physical chemistry, Faculty of physical chemistry, University of Belgrade; M.Sc. Thesis: Stability research of 12-tungstophosphoric, 12-tungstosilicic and 12-molybdophosphoric acid in a mixture of water and ethanol by applying Raman spectroscopy; 2017: Ph.D. Degree in Physical chemistry, Faculty of physical chemistry, University of Belgrade; Ph.D. Thesis: Synthesis and characterization of bismuth – ferrite nanoparticles (BiFeO3). Afterward, she continued her post-doctoral studies at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, Croatia.
Awards:2018: The Annual Award of the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences for 2017, in the field of applied research for young scientists. 2012: Best student poster award for the work “Reducing the particle size of Bi2O3 and Fe2O3 for the synthesis of BiFeO3” Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Institute of Technical Sciences; Research interests: Research related to theoretical investigations of new materials, structure prediction of new compounds or new (meta) stable modification of existing materials, and theoretical investigation of the properties of the materials. Synthesis and characterization (XRD, SQUID, SEM, EPR, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, magnetic and electrical analysis) of multiferroics. Optimization of procedures for preparing homogeneous powders based on BiFeO3. Understand the impact of chemical modification BiFeO3 the dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics.
